1. Information About Us
http://603tausarpiah.com/ is a website operated by 603 Tau Sar Piah Pte Ltd. We are registered in Singapore under the Business Registration Number 200211232H and with our registered office at 603 Balestier Road, Singapore 329904.
2. Our Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
As our production quantity is based on demand and our Products may be specially prepared or kept for your order, we do not encourage any cancellation or rescheduling. However, the following are our Cancellation/Rescheduling terms, and they must be initiated with written correspondence, either via Whatsapp or Email, at the address listed at our website’s “Contact Us” page.
Orders may at most be rescheduled once. Orders that have been rescheduled may not be rescheduled again or cancelled.
For cancellations or rescheduling, any incurred business costs including but not limited to administrative costs (e.g. customisation, planning, and processing costs), transactional costs (e.g. bank transaction fees), and any miscellaneous costs (e.g. artwork and printing costs or deposits/cancellation penalties to our suppliers/partners), will be at the buyer’s expense.
2.1 This section applies to standard products available as part of our daily menu (EXCLUDING seasonal items, customized items, or special orders).
If the cancellation/rescheduling is initiated 3 days (or earlier) prior to the date of Collection/Delivery: Full refund is permitted, less any business costs.
If the cancellation/rescheduling is initiated 2 days before the date of Collection/Delivery: a 90% refund is permitted, less any business costs. Subject to our agreement, a rescheduling of the order may be discussed.
Cancellation/rescheduling is not permitted from the day before Collection/Delivery.
2.2 This section applies to seasonal items
If the cancellation/rescheduling is initiated 7 days (or earlier) prior to the date of Collection/Delivery: Full refund is permitted, less any business costs.
If the cancellation/rescheduling is initiated between 6 days and 4 days prior to the date of Collection/Delivery: 80% refund is permitted, less any business costs. Subject to our agreement, a rescheduling of the order may be discussed.
If the cancellation/rescheduling is initiated 3 days prior to the date of Collection/Delivery: 50% refund is permitted, less any business costs. Subject to our agreement, a rescheduling of the order may be discussed.
Cancellation/rescheduling is not permitted from 2 days before the day of Collection/Delivery.
2.3 This section applies to customized items and special orders.
If the cancellation/rescheduling is initiated 15 days (or earlier) prior to the date of Collection/Delivery: 90% refund is permitted, less any business costs.
If the cancellation/rescheduling is initiated between 14 days and 7 days prior to the date of Collection/Delivery: 60% refund is permitted, less any business costs. Subject to our agreement, a rescheduling of the order may be discussed.
Cancellation/rescheduling is not permitted from 6 days before the day of Collection/Delivery.
3. Our Delivery Policy
We are a takeaway bakery. Delivery is by arrangement only and delivery services are chargeable. Delivery fees will be calculated based on factors like the delivery location and timing. We do not have our own delivery fleet, charges are quoted by our delivery partners.
As we use third-party delivery services, it is essential that the client or a client representative be available to receive delivery at the scheduled timing. Our third-party delivery partner is unable to return to our bakery any undelivered Products, thus the Products will have to be left unattended at your delivery address. Do be aware that Products left on the doorstep may deteriorate and are at risk of theft. We will not accept liability for any damage to products left unattended at delivery.
Once our Products have been delivered, we will not accept liability for any damage sustained. This includes Products left unattended at delivery.
Upon accepting delivery from our delivery-person, you are requested to check the quantity and condition of the delivered Products. If you find that the quantity of the Products delivered falls short of the quantity ordered or that should items delivered by us arrive in a poor condition, you shall notify us ASAP (within 1.5 hours) from delivery time. A photo of the situation and any accompanying receipts will be required. In the case of damaged goods, you must retain the damaged Products and all packaging for inspection by us. Upon checking and subject to agreement by us, we will strive to refund you the missing/damaged items within 3 business days.
Free standard delivery is available on all orders above $200, after any promotions and discounts have been applied. Standard delivery includes delivery within our standard delivery hours and within our standard delivery windows. While we try to accommodate client requests (e.g. smaller delivery window), there is no promise that we are able to meet any such special requirements.

Delivery exclusions: We do not typically deliver to Marina Bay Sands, Jurong Island, Tuas, Changi, restricted-access areas, BBQ pits, or to locations outside of mainland Singapore. Orders to these excluded locations may be cancelled or require a surcharge.
Delivery is only available to levels reachable by vehicle or by elevator. Stairs and extended walking requirements are not included. If you require stairclimbing or extended walking, this will be chargeable and must be arranged beforehand.
4. Our Collection Policy
If you have pre-ordered and pre-paid, you may skip the queue when you are at our shop for collection. Head straight to our cashier, let us know your order details, and we will assist.
If you are unable to make it for your collection timeslot, please call our bakery at +65 6250 0692. We may be able to keep your ordered Products till 6pm on the scheduled collection date.
Due to food safety reasons, any products not collected by 6pm of the scheduled collection date will be deemed forfeited.
Upon collection, you are requested to check the quantity and condition of the Products handed over. If you find that the quantity of the Products packed falls short of the quantity ordered, you shall notify us ASAP (within 1.5 hours) from collection time. A photo of the situation and any accompanying receipts will be required. Upon checking and subject to agreement by us, we will strive to refund you the missing items within 3 business days.
5. Complaints and Our Refunds Policy
Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, Products that have been handed over or have left our premises may not be returned unless in the case of a complaint.
We take complaints seriously. If you experience any problem with our Products, please immediately let us know. We may require part of or all the Products to be returned for us to investigate the complaint.
Only in the case of manufacturing fault and with our agreement can Products be exchanged or refunded. We may at our discretion choose to replace the item or provide a refund (either monetarily or with 603 Tau Sar Piah e-store credits). If a refund is agreed upon, we will strive to process the refund within 3 working days from us agreeing to the refund.
For refunds, any administrative or transactional costs will be at your expense and deducted from the refund amount.
For replaced products, any delivery charges will be at your expense.
Since taste is a very subjective, we cannot accept the return of any Product because you do not like the taste.
We use images of our Products on our website and we strive to portray an accurate depiction. However due to manufacturing limitations, we cannot guarantee that the colours, form, and taste of our products remain exactly consistent as there may be batch variations.
6. Service Availability
Our site is only intended for use by people residing, businesses, and companies in Singapore ("the Serviced Country"). We do not accept orders from individuals outside of the Serviced Country.
7. Your Status
By placing an order through our site or on the telephone, you warrant that:
7.1 You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
7.2 You are resident in the Serviced Country.
8. How the Contract is formed between You and Us
After placing an online order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All telephone and on-line orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you either during our telephone conversation, messaging, or email. The contract between us (“the Contract”) will only be formed when we deliver the items to you.
Subjected to actual stock availability, items orders may be replaced with alternatives subjected to a verbal or written confirmation with you. For items that cannot be replaced, we will contact you to give you the option to cancel. If payment has been made, you will be refunded of the amount paid.
You are obliged to make payment in FULL by the payment option you select when you check out your orders.
Each batch of goods may differ. Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, products purchased may not be exchanged, returned, or refunded unless it is initiated due to a manufacturing fault and agreed upon by the manufacturer. Please refer to our refund policy stated under "Our Refunds and Cancellation Policy".
The manufacturer reserves the right to cancel or reject orders at its discretion.
9. Price and Payment
The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of error.
Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site we might at our discretion decide to honour the lower (incorrect) price or either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price even after we have provided you with an email confirmation.
10. Our Status
We may provide links on our site to the websites of other companies, whether affiliated with us or not. We cannot give any undertaking that the products you purchase from companies to whose website we have provided a link will be of satisfactory quality.
11. Our Liability
Our liability in connection with any Product from us is strictly limited to the purchase price of that Product. We cannot be held liable for more than the cost of the products described in the order.
We ask for patience with factors that may be beyond our control (e.g. unavailability of third-party drivers and unfavourable traffic conditions) and we cannot be held liable for such delays.
12. Notices
All notices given to us must be given to us through our official communication channels, namely our WhatsApp, Phone Number, and Email. These are available on our site’s “Contact Us” page. We may give notice to you either via the e-mail, phone number, or to the postal address that you provided when placing your order.
13. Events Outside our Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
- strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
- civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
- fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
- impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
- impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; or
- the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
15. Photography and Marketing
We reserve the right to photograph our Products and use those photos on our website, social media, and other marketing channels.
We reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to the client.
16. Waiver
If we fail, at any time during the term of a Contract, to insist upon the strict performance of any of your obligations under the Contract or any of these Terms and Conditions, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under the Contract, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.
A waiver by us of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.
No waiver by us of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing.
17. Severability
If any of these Terms and Conditions or any provisions of a Contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.
We each acknowledge that, in entering into a Contract, neither of us has relied on any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other and that nothing may be implied from anything said or written in negotiations between us prior to such Contract except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.
Neither of us shall have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other, whether orally or in writing, prior to the date of any Contract (unless such untrue statement was made fraudulently) and the other party’s only remedy shall be for breach of contract as provided in these Terms and Conditions.
19. Our Right to Vary these Terms and Conditions
We have the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
You will be subject to the Policies and Terms and Conditions in force at the time that you order Products from us, unless any change to those Policies or these Terms and Conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those Policies or these Terms and Conditions before we provide you with the Dispatch Confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the Terms and Conditions).
20. Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site will be governed by the Law of Singapore. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of The Republic of Singapore.
